Powr Parts delivers products Australia-wide using Australia Post and couriers.
Shipping costs are calculated on individual items will be provided when quoting the Spare Part cost.
Parts Pick Up
Parts may be picked up free of handling costs, from our parts counter at Powr Parts Unit 4, 32 Peter Brock Drive, Eastern Creek 2766
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day if the items are in stock. Delivery time frame for non stocked parts will be advised at the time of quoting.
Parts have the standard statutory warranty and will be exchanged if faulty. Parts will not be refunded if you change your mind or the part does not fix the fault.
- Electrical items cannot be returned if they have been fitted
- Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Powr Parts within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail, or Phone.
- If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
- Parts will not be refunded if you change your mind or the part does not fix the fault.
